Longevity Energetics is a system of body formations for the purpose of invoking a specific energy field that has benevolent effects on all levels of the multidimensionality of the human body. The founder of this system of forms and movements, the Kung Fu Grandmaster Howard Y. Lee called this subtle energy resouce the Light of Life Energy. This benevolent frequency field has it´s origin in the highest densities of the cosmos and gives the practicioner a tool to a radical new way of approaching health and wellness in it´s broadest sense. It´s primal effect is a cleansing, nurturing and strenthening of the human energy field which deeply acts on the multiple dimensions of the human instrument, from the physical body, the emotional and mental make up to the dimensions that interface with the spiritual essence.

This is a new energy technology that is not based on any traditional lineages or „ancient culture“ and so does not approach the individual with a dogmatic believe structure or a hierachical system of master / apprentice relationship but supports, aligned with our age, a path of self empowerment, individual responsability and self discovery.
